The Hardware Technician will work within the Material Flow Engineering team for the purpose of achieving a key result or group of aligned result. They must possess general knowledge of mission critical directives and situations surrounding of the process equipment, all areas inside the walls of the facility, lift assemblies, conveyors, etc... They must help to develop strategies to meet team and company goals.

HS diploma or equivalent degree3+ years equipment maintenance experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot all material handling equipment and components.Ability to execute assigned tasks.Ability to interpret drawings.Ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures and relate them to others.Intermediate computer skills including MS Office.Must have a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail married with the ability to work quicklyStrong verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated, organized and detail-orientedTeam orientationKnowledge of safe industrial work practicesMust understand the skills related to pipe fitting including threading pipe, tubing bending and swaging pipeCandidate should be able to direct activities of contractors and vendors in manageable, effective, and cost-efficient manner
