Position: Marketing Intern, Location:  Ames, IA

We are looking for an ambitious undergraduate interested in assisting the marketing team with our marketing tactics leading into our 2024 Sales Season Launch.  In this role, you will help plan, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns. You will be involved with the creation of all tactics to that help the campaign meet the determined goals. You will closely with the marketing team and sales team as we prepare for our 2024 Sales Season Launch. The position is expected to last through early to mid-August 2022.  Must have a passion for Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate, plan and evaluate campaigns
• Prepare for 2024 Sales Launch
• Plan and execute the June Commercial Team Meeting with Marketing Team
• Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content
• Assist with day-to-day admin duties
• Will have the opportunity to job shadow various other positions on the marketing team as well, including data analytics, pricing and programs and customer success

Qualifications and Experience

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• Familiar with CRM software and social media platforms
• Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Willing to travel Midwest 25% of the time or as needed
• Interest in Agribusiness preferred
