Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
· California (Bay Area) - $96,000-$132,000
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Analyze and maintain the database of fans, prospects, leads and clientsCreate and maintain updated customer profilesWork with the digital team and agencies to build look alike models and behavioral modelsIn coordination with the sales team and the Studio managers plan and develop conquest campaigns aimed to generate traffic and test drives for the StudiosIn coordination with the event team plan and execute geo targeted campaigns aimed to ensure qualified leads and traffic during events, pop up, local activationsbPlan and execute geo targeted campaigns in proximity of studios and events aimed to generate qualified traffic and leadsResponsible for demographic research and the marketing intelligence needed to create effective marketing campaigns and to prepare the launch of new vehiclesResponsible for all the reporting aimed to understand and improve the ROI and the efficiency of the campaignsAnalyzes competitors’ activities and explores new opportunitiesMonitors existing suppliers and scouts for new sources to ensure quality and efficiency of the campaignsSkills:
Superior analytical and multifunctional skillsKnowledge of Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Dataase managementExperience with TableauCapability to organize processes, creating links and coordination between different functions and departmentsAt least 3 years of experience in similar positions; automotive or consulting experience is a plus
