As a Marketing Data & Analytics Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing team by providing actionable insights through data analysis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, data analytics, and the automotive industry, looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

You will be responsible for collecting and reporting marketing data from all channels, analyzing funnel performance from upper-funnel awareness to lower-funnel conversion, and managing the weekly marketing dashboard. Additionally, you will monitor departmental KPIs and overall marketing performance. You will work directly with key stakeholders across the marketing team and the wider organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate all marketing performance metrics, including campaign ROI, website traffic, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for the marketing team.
  • Manage collation of marketing reports, including weekly marketing dashboard, brand health, sales funnel, and departmental KPIs.
  • Work with key stakeholders to analyze and present data.
  • Oversee monthly marketing budget reporting.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and ensuring alignment across various data sources.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms. Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
  • Experience: Experience in data analysis and reporting preferred. Knowledge of GA4 is preferred but not essential.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in analysis and reporting.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently when needed.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competent Excel and PowerPoint user.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in marketing analytics and the automotive industry.
  • Work Environment: Thrives in fast-paced environments with the ability to pivot quickly.

What We Offer:

  • A unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing premium electric car manufacturer.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing data analytics with real-world applications.
  • Mentorship and training to help develop your analytical and professional skills.
  • A vibrant and collaborative office environment in the heart of Amsterdam.
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on marketing strategies.

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
