What You’ll Do:

Overall responsibility and overview of role. State why the role is important and what big-picture goals this employee is expected to fulfill. (2-3 sentences)

  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, tracking progress and reporting on results.
  • Social Media Management: Manage Archer’s social media channels,  including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Content Creation: Work with our content team and partners on the creation of marketing collateral, including social media content, event assets, email campaigns, and more.
  • Event Coordination: Help support Archer’s marketing leaders in the planning and coordination of marketing events, speakerships, and trade shows.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor marketing performance, gather insights, and prepare reports for the marketing team.
  • Influencer Management: Assist with influencer marketing efforts and ensure all relationships are properly represented on Archer’s brand channels
  • Content Management: Maintain and organize Archer’s growing library of photo and video content 

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing or related role 
  • Social media management experience for an established brand
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong and versatile copywriting skills
  • Dedication to being an excellent teammate, collaborator and communicator
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software is a plus (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Knowledge of eVTOL technology or the aviation industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Passion for innovation and a keen interest in the future of transportation

At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $66,000-$82,500. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
