5+ years experience in sales operations, project management, or consulting Commanding abilities with productivity tools: Excel, PowerPoint Passion for project management, strategy, and program management Ability to prioritize a high volume of projects and activities under aggressive timelines Goal-oriented approach with a hands-on self-starter mentality Commitment to a dynamic, structured, and efficient way of working Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to develop analytics and draw impactful insightsFlexible and able to adapt to a changing environment Team spirit BA or comparable degree in business administration Native Norwegian and fluent in English – additional languages are a plus
