We are currently seeking a Market Development Manager in Amsterdam.  This position requires an experienced professional with a passion for strategy and project management. The ideal candidate works well in ambiguity, exhibits a can-do attitude, and approaches their work with focus and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, possess the ability to learn quickly, and strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist Regional Retail Manager BENELUX
  • Support and organize market launch activities in the Netherlands, performing all relevant activities to support a fast-paced, fast-growing environment 
  • Manage and support external stakeholders
  • Manage and drive multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional partners in the US and Europe HQ in Amsterdam 
  • Develop and implement analytics and measurement criteria to establish KPIs 
  • Coordinate workflows related to the market entry in the Netherlands 
  • Analyze data and draw insights that will form the market strategy 
  • Support the Netherlands sales teams at roadshows, events, and other activities 
  • Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in sales operations, project management, or consulting 
  • Commanding abilities with productivity tools: Excel, PowerPoint 
  • Passion for project management, strategy, and program management 
  • Ability to prioritize a high volume of projects and activities under aggressive timelines 
  • Goal-oriented approach with a hands-on self-starter mentality 
  • Commitment to a dynamic, structured, and efficient way of working 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop analytics and draw impactful insights
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment 
  • Team spirit 
  • BA or comparable degree in business administration 
  • Native Dutch and fluent in English – additional languages are a plus
