The Manufacturing Engineering Industrialisation team leads the New Product Introduction and industrialisation of the manufacturing and assembly systems needed to take our Valo aircraft from prototype to full production. We deliver Manufacturing Engineering excellence to the business to enable the NPI and industrialisation of our products and bring them to market.

What to expect?

The Manufacturing Engineer – Valo Process Generation will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of detailed production process data to enable the industrialisation and production of the Valo final aircraft assembly and Valo sub-assemblies. This role is critical to supporting the manufacturing engineering path to Manufacturing Readiness Review, pre-production builds and the transition into production. You will be expected to deliver accurate, configuration-controlled digital production data. Working within the Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE environment, you will generate process plans, MBOMs, work instructions and tooling definitions aligned to production intent, quality requirements and rate objectives. The Manufacturing Engineer will support change management throughout industrialisation and beyond, ensuring production data remains robust, current and production-ready.

What you'll do?

· Generate accurate production process data delivered in Delmia

· Ensure data is available on time to support manufacturing readiness reviews and production builds

· Effective management of production data change

· Deliver high-quality digital production data sets

· Strong collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling, Design and production teams

· Consistent use of Delmia best practice

What you'll bring

We are looking for people that will have the following qualifications and experiences:

· 3-6+ years in Manufacturing Engineering teams with hands-on experience of process definition and generation

· Proven experience in generating manufacturing process data including process plans, MBOM and work instructions

· Strong practical use of Delmia and the Dassault Systèms 3DEXPERIENCE platform

· Experience in supporting industrialisation or early production

· Understanding of APQP and PPAP is desirable

· Ability to work at pace in a dynamic programme environment

· Strong attention to detail, organisation and digital disciplines
