Electric utilities design major EV programs in line with legislative and regulatory directives and in consultation with their respective regulators. In this role, you will shape and execute our strategy to accelerate EV adoption and enable cost-effective EV programs for our utility customers.
This role will be focused on policy and regulatory strategy in the Eastern United States while working hand-in-hand with the business’s leaders to inform WeaveGrid’s strategy and sales priorities. Success in this role will enable a long-term, sustainable pathway for WeaveGrid’s growth. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Market Development and work closely with the business development and the utility solutions team members supporting the region.

You bring a process-driven approach to your work day-to-day and a well-organized communication style. You know how to translate key details in a complex policy, filing, or other proceedings into actionable recommendations for our team. You’ve enjoyed working in a fast-paced environment at a high-growth company that thrives on a collaborative attitude, both internally and externally.
The total compensation for this opportunity includes a base salary range of $140,000-$160,000, plus equity (stock options) and benefits. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location. As you go through our interview process, our recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range and combine it with an equity package to get you excited about your future at WeaveGrid.
