The Manager for the Lucid Service’s NPI & PLM team will be responsible for leading the operations related to the development of the New Product Introduction and Product Lifecycle Management programs for the Service Organization. This position requires an experienced professional with strong strategic program management background and a record of implementing cross-functional operational processes while partnering with teams such as Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering and other cross functional teams at Lucid.

Oversee the Service Bill of Materials (SBOM) strategy and its relationship with cross-functional teams in MFG and EngineeringLead a team of Program Managers to support serviceability introduction of new productsAccurately structure new products and document changes as part of the product development, continuous improvement, and sustaining Service processesProvide support and maintenance for SBOM, including reviewing ECRs and case managementInfluence and promote PLM strategy initiatives for ServiceLead strategy discussions for end-to-end supersession of serviceable partsCollaborate with Design Engineers to identify serviceable products during design phaseWork with Service Supply Chain to ensure a healthy supply strategy of parts are available prior to introductionCreate strategy to ensure the End-of-Life cycle of parts are supported effectively for the vehicle lifeTrack overall program status for all active project rolloutsScale the NPI & PLM team for global supportQualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain management or equivalent background8+ years’ experience managing automotive programs or equivalent industryPeople Management /Leadership experience Ability to organize and drive continuous program improvement Exceptional ability to interface and collaborate with individuals, groups, and suppliersExcellent oral and written communication skillsPassion to continuously develop, improve, and maintain processes
