As the Manager of the Networking & Cybersecurity team at Fluence, you will play a pivotal role in leading and nurturing a high-performing team of professionals. Your primary focus will be on team management, structural day-to-day operations, providing guidance and mentorship, and serving as the organizational interface for handling escalations. This role is essential in ensuring the effectiveness and growth of our Networking & Cybersecurity team focused on Operational Technology (OT).

What does a Manager of Networking and Cybersecurity do at Fluence? What does the ideal candidate look like? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience (8+ years) in a leadership role, managing technical teams, with a focus on networking and cybersecurity.-Strong technical understanding of OT Networking & Cybersecurity concepts and technologies.-Experience developing and implementing a comprehensive change management structure.-Experience supporting multiple product lines with varying requirements and building a cohesive security posture.-Experience with Jira for task management tool and backlog planning.-Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.-Demonstrated ability to handle and resolve technical escalations in a fast-paced environment.-Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
