We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.</span></p></div><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage the end to end IT PMO processes and team</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead scheduled and ad hoc demand generation &amp; prioritization sessions w/ Client Groups</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Organize and facilitate the prioritization of the project portfolio and lead Project Impact Assessments</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work with IT Leadership Team to define the PMO standards for various project sizes and types</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Report project portfolio status, key messages for IT Leadership Team and Executive Team, Interface with department leaders for relationship management</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assign and monitor work of project management team and ensure project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on-time and within budget</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Monitor and guide remediation for internal issues that appear within projects</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Select, develop, and evaluate project management personnel to ensure efficient operations of the IT PMO function</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coordinate w/ vendors for scope &amp; cost of services, timing of work, execution, and acceptance of deliverables</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Perform procedures to support Compliance requirements (SOX, ISO, and other)</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create documentation of internal procedures and Client-facing Help Guides</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Participate in process definition to support changes in maturity as Archer grows</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create, update, and report appropriate metrics to the IT Leadership Team</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide support for office-based and remote personnel</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Need</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">10+ years of specific IT Project Management experience</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a computer or project management field</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Firm understanding of Portfolio Management and Project Management</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to move and lift IT equipment as necessary, including PCs, servers, and rack equipment </span></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h5><span style="font-weight: 400;">Archer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
