Design, develop and implement instructional design standards for all modalities in domestic and international marketsCoach, assist and manage an instructional team that includes instructional designers and curriculum developersCollaborate with the Sales and Service Training Program Managers to create foundational and engaging learning experiences for rapidly growing audiencesManage all instructional design projects, from analysis to evaluation Gather, analyze, and implement improvements to learning offerings based on field performance data and feedbackQualifications
8+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate with stakeholders to meet operational performance goalsDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environmentDemonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage parallel projects with multiple moving piecesDeep understanding of the adult learning theory Experience managing a large diverse team with multiple focusesA mastery of knowledge in the Articulate 360 suite of tools
