The Manager, of Global Security Investigations is responsible for developing the investigative process and leading all investigations within the scope of the Global Security & Business Resiliency team. This is a new position with the opportunity to design, build, and lead a new program.

This position is based in Newark, CA and onsite.

You Will:

  • Lead all investigations on behalf of the Global Security & Business Resiliency team.
  • Build a high-impact team to lead investigations that mitigate risks for the company.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the investigations playbook for Global Security, including global standards and local optimization.
  • Identify and onboard a case management system to automate workflows, securely store sensitive information, and track investigation data.
  • Contribute to the Insider Trust Program as an expert, key stakeholder, and investigator.
  • Develop a risk-based, data-driven methodology to classify, triage, track, and manage all investigations.
  • Build relationships with key partners across the company, including Legal, Human Resources, and IT Security.
  • Use data and metrics to track the impact of investigations.
  • Maintain the highest standards of ethics and compliance.
  • You Bring:

  • 10+ years of investigative experience with at least 3 of those years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Experience leading investigations in a corporate, retail, and/or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience supporting insider threat investigations preferred.
  • Law enforcement and/or military investigations experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable technical depth and breadth of knowledge of investigations, security, and management concepts.
