Zoox is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a verification and validation team with a focus on power and body systems on the robot in a variety of driving scenarios.
In this role, you will lead a team of engineers that leverages test assets and methods, including data analysis, triaging, to iterate on the validation plans. You will work closely with driving software, software tools, System engineers, test and proving ground operators. Ideal candidates bring technical as well as leadership experience to the role, providing mentorship, scoping projects, prioritizing tasks, setting priorities and delivering a stable and functional feature.

B.S or higher in Automotive, Aerospace, Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science or Systems Engineering.8+ years with 2+ years of leading direct reportsExperience developing integration plans for complex embedded/robotics projectsFamiliarity with programming languages such as PythonFamiliarity with high voltage architecture and methodsBonus Qualifications
