About This Role:

Crusoe is searching for a seasoned Manager, Infrastructure Planning (DCIM & Data Center Infrastructure Management) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the construction of next-generation data centers that will power the future of AI. As a Manager, Infrastructure Planner, you will oversee the planning process for our data center construction projects, utilizing DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) software and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools. You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and construction crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

A Day In The Life:

  • Oversee the development of data center construction plans using DCIM software and CAD tools

  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to design efficient and scalable data center layouts

  • Work with construction crews to ensure plans are followed and identify and address any potential issues

  • Manage project timelines and budgets

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to keep everyone informed of project progress

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest data center construction technologies and best practices

You Will Thrive in this Role if:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data center construction planning

  • Proven experience using DCIM software and CAD tools

  • Excellent understanding of data center infrastructure systems, including power, cooling, and network cabling

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation Range:

Compensation will be paid in the range of $200,000 - $300,000 base salary. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
