Job Description:

Overview: Harbinger Motors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager, Dealer Development to lead our dealer network expansion and support efforts. This role is critical in ensuring alignment with our business development vision and objectives, while addressing the unique requirements of different regions and dealerships across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development and Growth:
- Drive sales growth at the dealer level by recruiting, training, and educating dealers.
- Conduct joint sales calls and provide ongoing support to ensure dealer success.
Product and Culture Integration:
- Gain deep knowledge of the Harbinger product line and integrate into our dynamic culture.
- Leverage your 5-10 years of truck/specialty vehicle sales experience at the OEM or dealer level.
Incentives and Education:
- Educate dealers on available incentives at city, state, provincial, and federal levels.
Dealer Activities Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate dealer-related activities and events until the marketing team is fully operational.
Economic Development Collaboration:
- Collaborate with city, state, and provincial E-Mobility Economic Development Groups to drive Harbinger sales.
Stakeholder Interaction:
- Engage with dealers, fleets, OEMs, suppliers, influencers, and government bodies to promote Harbinger sales.
Business Plan Development:
- Develop comprehensive business plans and individual plans for each dealership.
Dealer Applications and Agreements:
- Manage the dealer application and agreement process.
Strategic and Tactical Execution:
- Build deep relationships through strategic planning and tactical execution to drive long-term profitable growth for Harbinger and enhance your personal brand.
Personal Brand Management:
- Continuously develop and manage your personal brand alongside the Harbinger brand.

California Pay Range

$140,000—$170,000 USD
