The Treasury organization at Lucid is responsible for global cash operations, managing liquidity risk, managing banking relationships, managing short term and long term borrowing strategies, managing corporate and entity-level capital structure, debt financing, corporate insurance, managing risk exposures such as FX, commodities and interest rates and investing Lucid’s cash balance.

The Role:
Evaluate and execute capital markets transactions to provide adequate funding and maintain financial flexibilityRecommend and execute capital-raising alternatives including but not limited to public and private debt issues, government programs, convertible debt offerings, equity offerings, leasing, revolving lines of credit, etc. on a global basisHelp maintain relationships with rating agencies, banking partners, and funding sourcesWork proactively to measure Lucid’s long term capital needs and recommend actionsMonitor and report debt covenants, interest expense and recommend interest rate hedging opportunitiesAdvise on corporate finance topics such as capital structure, capital injection in subsidiaries, cost of capital, and intercompany loan agreementsEffectively communicate funding and capital market activity to senior management and the BoardThe Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA / CFA preferred8+ years related finance and treasury experienceExperience serving as deal lead across a wide variety of capital raising activitiesDetail-oriented and effective verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to make good decisions, solve problems and drive for resultsProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well have the technical skills to provide guidance on treasury systemsAbility to work independently as well as in a team environment as required
