YOUR IMPACT
As a Logistics Operator, you’ll play a critical role in turning cutting-edge energy technology into reality. By ensuring that materials, components, and equipment move seamlessly across teams and borders, you’ll help some of the world’s most complex engineering challenges progress from concept to execution.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Create and run the goods-in/goods-out process for our laboratory
Organise our inventory control (for prototype parts, manufacturing parts, tooling and PPE)
Manage global shipping of complex hardware/components
Develop and run material flow solutions for the lab and future manufacturing sites
Set up automatic re-order points for relevant items
Maintain a safe, well-organized, and high-functioning lab environment.
WHO YOU ARE
A hands-on problem solver with a can-do attitude who is excited to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment driving innovative R+D
Confident communicator who engages proactively with engineers and technicians to improve processes.
Detail-oriented and quality-driven, delivering quick iteration of process improvements and ensuring a safe working environment
A quick learner and problem solver, comfortable with uncertainty and proactively resolving gaps in project details.
Practical experience in managing a goods-in/goods-out process
Experience in export/import shipping codes for cross border customs and excise requirements
Experienced in setting up new processes, especially on inventory holding
Fluent in German and good conversational English
