  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs for material flow, warehousing, and productivity. Proactively identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Vendor Coordination & Project Execution: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment, tools, and fixtures. Support system commissioning activities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and quality teams to align requirements and secure approvals at each stage of the project lifecycle.
  • Lean Manufacturing: Champion lean initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban to foster a culture of continuous improvement and waste elimination.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Create detailed layouts, reports, and presentations that communicate plans, findings, and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Value Stream Mapping, time studies, and productivity improvement methods.
  • Experience in defining, tracking, and improving KPIs for warehousing and logistics operations.
  • Hands-on experience in manpower and MHE planning, with strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, VSM) and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for layout design.
  • Working knowledge of SAP WMS and material planning modules (preferred).
  • Strong vendor management, cross-functional coordination, and project execution skills.
