About the position:
The Logistic Analyst will work in a team environment to support the warehouse activities and contribute in a specialist capacity on operational logistics. This role will report to Logistics Operations Manager Americas within Fluence.

In Colorado, the standard pay range for this role is $90K - $110K annually. This range is specific to Colorado and may not be applicable in other locations.

Key Responsibilities include:
Oversee warehouse activities such as inventory, order processing, handling and shipping.Perform monthly inventory reconciliations.Execute just-in-time logistics of materials and equipment across suppliers, manufacturing locations and project sites. Plan, execute and monitor shipping activities to comply with on-time delivery and financial metrics Utilize required planning and forecasting tools to simplify overall logistics processes, and to communicate with Logistics Service providers.Contribute with other Fluence teams as regional subject matter expert for operational logistics best practices.Work cross-functionally across Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Project Management, Sales, Finance, and other teams to deliver on Fluence strategy in a deliberate way that maximizes the customer outcomes.Engage, drive, and support projects related to cost out, logistics process improvements, and other business initiatives.Execute logistics processes for the shipping of dangerous goods, incl. safety and quality in liaison with carriers and forwarders. You have a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience or equivalent 5+ year subject matter experience in logistics, preferably in warehousing operations.You have a solid understanding of logistics, distribution, and warehousing operations.You have experience in the field of dangerous goods handling and shipping. You have experience and working knowledge in the US logistics market. You are self-motivated; able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to requests, as well as collaborating with others to utilize resources and knowledge of others in identifying quality solutions.You can deal with volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.You enjoy working in an international, fast-pace and dynamic environment.
