About the Marketing and Communications team
The Marketing and Communications team is focused on building the Lilium brand internally and externally. Whether we're working on our website, engaging with investors and future customers on social media, or defining how we can have a positive impact on society, we're committed to telling meaningful stories and delivering extraordinary results.
Your role
We believe the people, product, and purpose of Lilium enables it to be a powerful brand of the future. Your job is to ideate, craft and deliver design, uplifting your colleagues work and keep brand expression consistently on a high level. Specifically:
- Support in the development of creative projects from concept through to completion including campaigns, presentations, video content, collateral, renders, photo-shoots, websites, branding and more
- Deliver visual ideas running across a wide range of communication touchpoints including social media, blogs, events and our website
- Work with external vendors such as editors, photographers, developers & printers as necessary.
- Reporting to the Brand Manager and work closely with broader Marketing, Communications and Culture team, as well as members of the Commercial, Product Design and Engineering Teams.
- This role is to initially cover a graphic designer for 6 months to cover paternity leave.
Your Profile
- Graphic Design/Communication Design degree or considerable work experience, within an agency or in-house creative department
- Know about trends and keep up to date with the latest approaches in design
- A portfolio that reflects a range of design styles, demonstrating high-quality content across disciplines.
- Skilled Adobe Creative Suite user and working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Xd, etc.
- Experience in Figma, basic Video editing (e.g. Final Cut Pro), animation (e.g. After Effects), PowerPoint is a plus
- Photography and videography also a plus
- Excellent language skills in English, both written and spoken are required
- You are a curious, collaborative, and upbeat individual that loves being part of a team and thrives in a fast-moving environment
