Provide end user support to resolve computer hardware, software, audio video, basic networking, printing, and other technology related issues in a timely and professional mannerUtilize an electronic ticketing system for opening, closing, resolving, escalating, and tracking requests and activities across the businessBe the first point of contact for IT issues, delivering exceptional service to our usersPerform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questionsPlan and conduct new hire training related to the use of hardware and productivity softwareMaintain and install conference room audio video systems and related equipmentCreate and maintain IT documentation in a detailed mannerParticipate in team meetings and corporate activitiesMinimum Qualifications:
Proficiency in troubleshooting across Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systemsExperience in administration and provisioning of user accounts and devices via Entra ID / Active Directory and Mobile Device Management softwareExposure to Google Admin, Microsoft Entra and Microsoft IntuneStrong technical writing skills for creating clear and detailed documentationAbove and Beyond Qualifications:
Exposure to working with MDM software for iOS / MacOS and AndroidIn depth knowledge of troubleshooting common workplace communication tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft TeamsExperience with Atlassian products like Confluence and JiraFamiliarity with ERP, PLM, and ALM software like PLEX, Polarion, 3DX, and SolidworksFoundational understanding of common scripting in PowershellAbility to troubleshoot or diagnose basic network issuesExperience with installing and supporting audio video equipmentPhysical Demands and Work Environment:
