We are looking for an Investor Relations and Research Associate to support Electric Hydrogen on our path to massive industrial scale decarbonization. Your focus is to enhance our engagement with our current investors as well as the prospective investor community through research-informed engagement. 

You will work onsite at our Natick, MA site, alongside the Corporate Development team. You will report into our Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute investor relations strategies and programs
  • Communicate with existing investors, including conducting investor meetings, conferences, and calls
  • Build relationships with EH2’s strategic partners; set strategy for each partnership and identify areas of growth, new initiatives and transactions and lead alignment with cross-functional working groups and executives
  • Facilitate meaningful interactions between Electric Hydrogen and its investors to uncover and leverage commercial opportunities
  • Help create the company's messaging for the financial community such as during investor conferences, non-deal roadshows etc.
  • Conduct market research to identify and target potential investors for upcoming funding rounds
  • Analyze investor trends, active deals and behaviors in the green hydrogen and broader clean energy sector
  • Prepare investor briefings, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate company performance and strategic direction
  • Develop an understanding of business drivers and metrics and provide insights and recommendations based on investor feedback and market trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, or a related field, in the clean-tech sector
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, equity research, and financial modeling
  • Project management skills with the ability to collaborate and guide processes cross-functionally
  • Knowledge of the green hydrogen market and renewable energy trends

$81,600$102,638 USD

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​

Base salary is just one part of Electric Hydrogen’s total rewards package. We feel strongly that our team should not have to worry about having quality healthcare. In addition to the base salary offered, the hired applicant may receive:​
