Your role and your team: 

You will report directly to the Head of Production Planning & Control and work closely together with various interfaces and departments e.g. (Manufacturing) Engineering, Logistics, Production and Procurement.

The Production Planning & Control team provides the best process & technology solutions in connecting logistics, warehouse and production factories to meet the production requirements and the business targets in accordance to the quality standards of EASA 21G and EN9100. In parallel, PP&C is the orchestrater between all teams in order to enable rapid prototyping and early technology development and demonstration projects.

Your Day to Day:

  • Be an integral part of the operational workflow to execute prototyping activities
  • Facilitate the interlink between PP&C, logistics, Procurement and Production in order to speed up our business processes
  • Contribute to the design of future series production steering and material supply
  • Generate and initiate improvement activities to increase efficiency, transparency and communication to reduce costs and waste
  • Take responsibility in coordinating and performing daily operational production controlling activities by proper prioritization and steering of tasks according to internal customer needs
  • Support projects by performing researching, analysis and an active stakeholder management
  • Drive problem solving and provide sustainable solutions

Your Profile:

Business Experience / Skills

  • Student in Production Processes or supply chain similar field of study or relevant major
  • Work independently with a hands-on mentality
  • Willing to take the initiative and handle complexity
  • Able to suggest optimization proposals
  • Motivation to transfer improvement ideas into reality
  • Practical experience in industry is beneficial

 IT Skills

  • MS Office (esp. Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • ERP / MES Systems are beneficial

 Language Skills

  • English minimum C1
  • German minimum B2
