As the Intern, Manufacturing Engineer you will assist in building out new manufacturing processes, in relation to production and efficiency. This position requires an enthusiastic engineer with passion and experience to develop and test Mechanical parts. Work on launching new product projects and new industrial projects. Work on defining process and equipment for Alpha/Beta/RC Builds of new products. Launch GA Phase 2 process and help stabilize and handover to sustaining team. Troubleshoot issues and find quick resolutions to assemble the Lucid Air in GA2. Work extensively in DELMIA and CATIA to assess new processes and help smooth transition of MES. Author detailed work instructions in DOZUKI. Define station layout, manpower requirements and standardized work process for all workstations. Requirements:
Field(s) of Study: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields Ability to create clear concise workflows. Duration of Internship: Our internship program is 12 weeks; the end date is flexible based on individual needs.Work Location & Environment: This position will be in Newark, CA, and is fully in person.
