Your role and your team

The goal of the occupational HSE team is to foster a safe and healthy occupational environment. It´s our believe that every employee is unique and deserves to be protected against injuries by creating safe workplaces and strengthening the well being. We also believe that our planet is unique and deserves to be protected against environmental pollution.  

The Intern will be part of a Workplace team and group that is governing H&S on a corporate level.

We are looking for an ambitious, reliable, and hands on person to support us on our mission creating excellent health, safety, and environmental standards among the industry. You will support the HSE team with your individual strengths to promote a positive H&S culture at the workplace.  

You will:

  • Maintain the employee profiles in the HSE systems and databases
  • Compile and prepare monthly reports,
  • Create customized reports and dashboards and update HSE information within targeted timeframes,
  • Analyse the data (accidents and incidents),
  • Prepare the HSE subject related presentation,
  • Perform data-entry, documentation, and filling duties,
  • Follow up/track level of accomplishment of action items derived from agreed action plans between HSE and other departments,
  • Assist with various program operations (HSE campaigns, safety alerts, recognition program) as requested as responsibilities permit,
  • Develop and implement HS manual
  • Drive H&S steer meetings
  • Conducting the H&S inspections
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Your profile:

  • Ability to perform tasks accurately according to internal processes, safety, and security regulations
  • Ability to interface with internal and external stakeholder
  • Work independently and willing to take the initiative´
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Creative
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office package with focus on excel

Language Skills

  • English – business fluency

Start Date: as soon as possible

Working time: This is a full time Internship for 5-6 months based on site (with the possibility to work 1-2 days remotely)
