The Integrated Communications Senior Manager develops and executes wholistic communications strategies, blending internal, corporate and product milestones into comprehensive approaches that align with business goals through media relations, content creation, stakeholder engagement, and brand storytelling.

You Will:

  • Partner with Communications leads (Corporate, Internal, Product) to develop strategic communications plans for major company milestones, product launches, and corporate initiatives – defining objectives, messaging, audiences, channels, timing, budgets, and success metrics.

  • Build, manage and regularly update integrated communications calendars that align efforts across Communications and cross-functional efforts with business partners, including marketing, sales, external affairs, HR and recruitment, and others.

  • Establish clear workflows and decision rights for communications initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Support the development of press releases, blog posts, and communications materials across corporate, product, lifestyle, and internal communications teams

  • Develop and support communications strategies for strategic partnerships and collaborations, ensuring partner narratives are integrated into broader brand storytelling with consistency

  • Identify and develop opportunities to extend corporate narratives into lifestyle, culture, and brand-building moments – including leveraging lifestyle and cultural partnerships as a communications lever

  • Collaborate with broader communications team to define and maintain brand voice across channels, creating compelling narratives that support the organization’s mission and positioning

  • Oversee multi-channel campaign communications (digital, print, events, social) to promote products, services, and corporate initiatives

  • Travel as needed to support and oversee major initiatives, product launches, and corporate events

  • Maintain robust and regular tracking and reporting of communications campaigns and initiatives, which integrates data from internal, corporate and product to develop a clear understanding of success

  • Provide strategic recommendations and key learnings for the communications team based on data and insights

  • Serve as both a strategic and operational leader within the communications team, as well as an execution-driven member of the team who will own projects and key initiatives from beginning to end.

You Bring:

  • 10+ years experience in communications, strategy, or a related field

  • Ability to collaborate closely across teams and building support as needed to ensure key initiatives remain on time

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.

  • Energetic and self-motivated person with a proven track record of managing complex projects and nuances on tight timelines and who enjoys a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Ability to translate data into insightful and actionable recommendations.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.

  • Experience with any of the following industries is a plus: automotive/EV, consumer tech/electronics, software, luxury goods and lifestyle, travel, transportation.  

  • A Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
 
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$159,500$233,860 USD

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
