The successful candidate for this role will be a key member of the European Enablement Team responsible for all aspects of the development and delivery of training and enablement materials to create a world-class customer experience and assist in building the Lucid brand in Europe.
 
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to determine specific training needs and align training goals with the overall Sales and Delivery objectives. In this role you will be able to lead others in the organization to implement programs and measure the impact. You will play a vital role in ensuring our sales associates are capable of exceeding their goals.
 
The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguous situations and demonstrate flexibility in the face of shifting priorities in a fast-paced startup environment. The ability to think big and focus on scalable, measurable processes which drive immediate results to help establish and support a strong learning culture are critical. Up to 50% travel could be required at times based on business needs.

You will:

  • Design, develop, deliver, and manage learner-centric programs and content including E-learning, webinars, workshops, and classroom-based training using effective instructional design and learning experience methodologies and technologies
  • Facilitate Instructor Led and Virtual training sessions
  • Create content for various learning modalities including process guides, how-to videos, scripts, slide decks, activity sheets, facilitator guides, etc.
  • Partner with existing Talent Development, Enablement, and Learning Programs and to establish, implement, and lead in the development and delivery of localized versions or equivalents for: onboarding, manager, employee and leadership development, performance feedback, employee events/engagement, culture, and internal communications
  • Build and maintain design documents outlining course objectives, content, assessment, and evaluation criteria
  • Organize, launch, and track learning deliverables on a Learning Management System and other enablement channels
  • Drive adoption of Knowledge Management System solution and develop scalable long-term maintenance approach
  • Work cross-functionally to support onboarding of employees and provide new and existing employees with impactful learning paths
  • Demonstrate a strong and engaging facilitation presence with the ability to listen and quickly adjust content to meet the needs of a diverse audience
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to ensure learning content is accurate and relevant to diverse audiences
  • Evaluate the business impact of learning programs through metrics and analysis, identify gaps and create dynamic training experiences accordingly
  • Perform other duties as needed
  • You have:

  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design and/or training development and delivery for online, in-person, and virtual classroom environments
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning principles and how to apply them in the development of dynamic learning material including, e-Learning courses, training videos, and presentation decks for sales teams or customers
  • Experience with video editing: Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar software
  • Proficiency with content authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360
  • Expertise with the Adobe Suite and Productivity Tools
  • Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong collaborative spirit across cross-functional teams: You genuinely like helping others and have a service-oriented mindset and love building new things
  • Proactive and curious attitude: You don’t mind researching alternate content, templates, and tools to improve learning experiences and outcomes
  • Works well in virtually connected, fast-paced, and often ambiguous environments
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
  • Phenomenal grasp of written English and demonstrated ability to write and edit
  • Advantageous

  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM
  • Accelerated knowledge of Sustainable Energy and Electric Vehicle Industry
  • Coaching certification and/or experience
  • Masters in Instructional Design or a related field
  • Fluency in English and another European language or Arabic
  • Creative Agency experience
  • Prior experience in Retail or working closely with a retail audience
