The Group Manager manages a team of Global Supply Chain Managers, and oversees all indirect purchasing including marketing, facility, professional services, and IT. The role is a key internal interface with all stakeholders to support key company initiatives, manage indirect spend strategically and deliver cost savings to the enterprise.
We are currently seeking a Indirect Purchasing Group Manager (China). The Group Manager manages a team of Global Supply Managers and oversees all company business in indirect purchasing. Indirect purchasing covers facility, IT, marketing, professional services, retail, manufacturing, and construction. The role is a key internal interface with project managers, engineering, finance, and Manufacturing to deliver world class products on time and cost effectively. The Group Manager must identify, develop, and manage the global Supply Chain for their team and manage against the overall Supply Chain team and company priorities. He or she will help establish our global supply chain strategy, support cross-functional teams during the development and industrialization phases and drive sound business decisions throughout our growth in China and APAC regions.
