  • Develop integration strategies to connect Ignition with PLCs, OPC UA devices, SQL databases, and other legacy or enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES, Lucid Garage & Salesforce)
  • Lead the CMMS project in Ignition and work on the continuous improvement and integrations.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and ensure adherence to architectural best practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers, system integrators, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential to enhance system performance and scalability.

Implementation Oversight:

  • Oversee the deployment and configuration of Ignition applications across all Shops.
  • Ensure that all solutions meet security, performance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.

Documentation & Standards:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including system diagrams, technical specifications, and integration protocols.
  • Establish and enforce coding and architectural standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. With 3+ years’ experience in below mentioned work experience and skills.
  • Proven experience with the Ignition platform and its core modules.
  • Strong understanding of SCADA/HMI systems and industrial automation protocols (e.g., OPC/UA, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
  • Prior work experience in Automotive Manufacturing with a thorough understanding of OEE, MTTR, MTFB, and other manufacturing performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing analytics and reporting (e.g., Cp, Cpk, FTT).
  • Proven experience in SAP integrations, REST API connectivity, and SQL query development.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Java) used in Ignition development.
  • Experience with Ignition modules including Perspective, Sepasoft, and Vision.
  • Relevant Certification in Ignition (Core/Gold) is added advantage.
