The Powertrain Advanced Manufacturing Team is responsible for building and supporting prototype hardware for Lucid’s next generation HV Battery, Drive Unit and Power Electronics programs at our headquarters in Newark, CA. We are currently seeking an Associate Mechanical Engineer for our prototype build team.

The Role:
Accelerate the prototyping and production of next-generation HV battery modules and packs by developing and improving equipment, tooling and processes at Lucid’s Prototype Factory in Newark, CARapidly develop and optimize process documentationCollaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities, Test, Quality and Supply ChainProvide Design and Manufacturing Engineering teams with objective, actionable feedback to improve product, process and equipment.Work with facilities contractors to ensure successful installation of equipmentHelp develop, implement and refine key quality metricsProvide engineering support to other powertrain and vehicle areas as neededManufacturing process development and implementation onsite at Lucid’s powertrain factory in Casa Grande, AZ.
Qualifications:
