What You Will Be Doing

As HR Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring wide range of HR tasks, like organizing Onboarding & Induction, administering employee benefits, leaves and HR Operational activities. You will use CP Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

 

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

  • Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
  • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
  • Ensure legal compliance of state and Government regulations and applicable employment laws related to HR
  • Assist in new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Responsible for organising social events and activities around
  • Undertake tasks around performance management and support in organizing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

 Requirements

  • Graduation / Post Graduation in HR or relevant field
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years as an HR Generalist / Specialist
  • Understanding of general human resources operations, policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems e.g. UltiPro, Workday etc
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving and thinking outside the box
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
  • Knowledge of HR trainings will be a plus
  • Understanding of US general HR policies, a plus
  • Knowledge of employment/labour laws.US labour laws a plus
  • This role is for 6 month's Contract.
