Founded in 2015, Bowery Farming is on a mission to democratize access to high-quality, local, safe and sustainable produce. We build smart indoor farms near cities, growing fresher, pesticide-free Protected Produce with bold flavor in precisely controlled environments, 365 days a year. This is an opportunity to build a career in Human Resources and make a significant impact at a rapidly growing startup! Reporting to the Head of HR for HQ, the HR Specialist will work closely with the entire People Team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS management, employee programs, and more. You will be a part of building out the best employee experience and be an integral part of the People team!
