What You’ll Do

  • Aid in supporting the delivery of key People (Human Resources) processes for the broader Archer population (e.g. policy creation, onboarding, labor relations and compliance, performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)
  • Provide visible People (HR) presence to engineering to enable real time engagement and solutions
  • Support engineering employee population by managing employee relations, as well as analyzing trends and translating it back to the business. Use data as signals to seek to understand, share opportunities and influence/inform decisions.
  • Work closely with People (HR) Centers of Excellence to provide input for the design of HR programs in specific areas (e.g., recruiting, talent and performance management, and total rewards), and to support the delivery of programs
  • Analyze trends within engineering population and utilize People (HR) metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
  • Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Human Resource laws, strategies, policies, and practices within the state of California 
  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
