The High Voltage System Program Manager serves as a program leader responsible for driving the planning and execution of activities beginning with R&D production engineering through certification for the energy storage and distribution systems. This role serves as a bridge between aircraft system development, regulatory compliance, and production to ensure the safety, performance, and delivery of emerging technologies.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate regulatory process knowledge, and tactical leadership skills working with cross-functional teams to develop high fidelity plans and provide timely execution from R&D product development through certification. They must be highly adept at collaborating with internal teams including engineering, certification, supply chain, quality, production, and commercial to ensure resourcing for all projects are pragmatically advocated for, according to priority. The successful candidate will guide engineering design teams to ensure the timely and successful execution of complex projects, delivering program milestones to meet business expectations.
