About this Role:
Crusoe Service Desk is responsible for troubleshooting, configuring both local apps and SAAS platforms. Will be working daily with: networking, SaaS applications, file shares, and other Enterprise IT issues & requests. IT also works on projects with different teams and departments, alongside vendors to deliver a seamless user experience for staff. Customer service, team player, and self-motivation are big here at Crusoe. A desire to learn above and beyond with our education programs is highly encouraged to grow within the company.
A Day In The Life:
Start to finish - User support Including but not limited to:
Onboarding / Offboarding
Support Desk Projects
JIRA Ticketing, ticket updates, and admin overhead
Documentation guru.
Identify, log, and resolve technical problems with applications and systems.
Learn and Adopt new IT support and management platforms.
Assist IT Leadership in establishing processes.
Other travel may also be required up to 20%.
Onsite support 5 days a week.
Ensure systems are compliant with security policies
Timely communications and acknowledgments.
Always keep IT assets and accessories within the office neat and tidy.
You Will Thrive In This Role If:
Prior experience leading a Helpdesk Team.
The ability to mentor and teach junior team members.
Prior experience with handoffs and shift change.
Prior record of success creating Helpdesk related reports.
Prior record of success as a Tier3 escalation point.
Prior experience with EDR/XDR platforms - Examples: (Crowdstrike preferred)
Prior experience with Cloud Identity Mgmt platforms and SSO, SAML 2.0, and MFA.
Prior experience with MDM automation. - Examples: (GoogleMDM, Kandji, or JAMF)
Prior experience working as an engineer at an MSP (project work).
Prior experience working in a NOC/SOC preferred.
Prior experience working in large enterprises with a large end-user pool.
Ability to support Macs, Linux, and windows using command line.
Proven excellence with managing assets and inventory.
Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions, ticketing systems, and IT
documentation platforms.
Manage, implement, and maintain SAAS platforms.
Experience with deployments and a master of troubleshooting.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Self-starter yet knows when to ask for help and works excellent in a team
Must be able to pass a background check

Compensation Range:
Compensation will be paid as salary. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
