Commonwealth Fusion Systems (CFS) has the fastest, lowest cost path to commercial fusion energy. 

CFS is collaborating with MIT to leverage decades of research combined with new groundbreaking high-temperature superconducting (HTS) magnet technology. HTS magnets will enable compact fusion power plants that can be constructed faster and at lower cost.

Commonwealth Fusion HR LLC seeks a full time Head of Quality at our offices located at 117 Hospital Road, Devens, MA 01434.

Design, build, and lead the quality strategy and function across our organization, and develop our Quality Management System and quality Department.

Position requires travel domestically on an as needed basis to Commonwealth Fusion facilities (20%).

Salary: $180,000/year.
