Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers for 60 miles at speeds of up to 150 mph while producing minimal noise.

What you’ll do:
- Lead develop of Archer OEM pilot training program
- Lead development of pilot training program for Archer Air
- Stand up training facilities and programs to train approximately 30,000 Archer qualified pilots between now and 2030
- Build training and flight standards team to support aircraft operated by Archer Air
- Provide training and flight operations support to Archer direct customers
- Be a creative problem solver - what Archer is doing has never been done before
What you need:
- Hold pilots license
- 3+ years experience training pilots
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience working collaboratively and successfully with FAA
- Experience working with training equipment suppliers
Bonus Qualifications:
- Advanced degree
- ATP rating
- Both fixed wing and rotary week part 135 and or 121 experience
