Your role and your team:

Lilium is currently implementing Infor as standard ERP System to operate its global business. We are already live with Finance, Procurement and Logistics. In the next phase of our implementation, we will continue with Manufacturing, improve all existing processes and scale up to mass production.

You as the Head of ERP Competence Center will lead a tam of highly skilled ERP Specialist to develop, maintain und operate our ERP System landscape. You will closely collaborate with Infor and leveraging the expertise of our external implementation partners.

In your role you will report directly to our CIO and you will be part of the IT leadership team.

 

Your Day to Day:

  • Hire and form a team of highly skilled ERP Specialists
  • Maintain and run the ERP System in our SaaS environment
  • Plan and execute the implementation road map of the project
  • Plan and manage the required budgets and resources
  • Exercise complete control of project scope and risk management
  • Manage project scoping, gap workshops, design process and implementation workstreams
  • Analyse and evaluate the project relevant requirements of the different business departments in close cooperation with the Product- and Process-Owners
  • Contract and steer our external IT partner
  • Provide project management experience and AGILE methodology to the team
  • Run communication strategy including steering, project meetings and reporting
  • Responsible for ensuring system complies with regulatory requirements in accordance with the standards set out in EASA 21G, EN 9100 and SOX

 

Your Profile:

  • Extensive experience in project/program management and in leading ERP implementation projects (+ 15 years)
  • Considerable professional experience in the Aviation and/or Automotive industry
  • Profound business process know how in the fields of Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance
  • Good understanding of business change and how to deliver successful change to the business through technology
  • Proven practical experience with AGILE project methodologies
  • Experience managing vendor sourced solutions and consultants, ensuring vendor performance and deliverables meet specifications
  • Hands on mentality with a responsible, proactive and solution-oriented way of working
  • Communicative team player, with strong organizational skills
  • Fluent English language skills are essential, any other language would be beneficial
