We are currently seeking a Global Supply Manager supporting the Service Team under Sales and Service. The Global Supply Manager manages company business with a group of suppliers and is a key internal interface with the Retail Service team to develop service centers globally. The Global Supply Manager must identify, develop, and manage the global supply chain, work with contractors and vendors for materials, services, and Service equipment and tooling to perform repairs and maintenance on the Lucid cars. They will help establish our global supply chain strategy, manage end to end contracting, supplier management, and support cross function teams in execution.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
· California (Bay Area) - $96,000-132,000 base salary

The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. You Will:
Collaborate with project team and Service team to identify potential suppliers with the right qualifications to meet Lucid Motors expectations and timeline.Work with vendors and contractors to source for Service equipment, tooling and supplies; review bid packages, scope documentation, and change management.Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and manage cost changes throughout the lifecycle of the product, includes warranties, maintenance plans, etc. Maintain overall contractor relationships and act as single point of contact for all commercial issues.Create Request for Quote (RFQ), review, analyze and clarify quotations from vendors and develop sound sourcing and business recommendations balancing cost, quality, lead-time, and technical considerations.Work with contractors and project team to manage design changes and impacts.Work with Vendors and Retail design to qualify future products and equipment.Review project construction drawings to order equipment to meet schedule for delivery and storage and/or delivery and installation.Manage contractor development and project timelines, develop solutions to delays or problems that arise.Work with internal business partners; Finance, Legal, Accounts Payables, Warehouse managers and other cross functional teams on projects.Own key supplier relationships and performance, both strategic and tactical, through the entire life cycle of company projects. Travel 15-25% to visit suppliers to perform business and program reviews.This is an individual contributor role within the Corporate Retail Purchasing team.You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or related field required. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. Commodity management/Sourcing experience with contractors and vendors in support of Service under Sales and Service preferred. Product launch experience, beyond sourcing behind a desk.You have innovative ideas you will bring to the table to help optimize cost and schedule.Excellent analytical, negotiations and problem-solving skills. Passionate for results, strategy, and hands on execution. Creative, calculated risk taker with the ability to manage supply issues and resolve supplier disputes while preserving relationships with suppliers and internal partners.Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilities.Proficient in Excel, Project, Power Point, Word, ERP systems (SAP).Ability to mitigate unforeseen problem creatively and effectively.
