The Role:
You will manage the various indirect purchasing categories including marketing, facility, professional services to support Lucid's expansion in EuropeUse your category expertise to identify cost drivers/trends and use this to create best-in-class procurement strategiesWork alongside Supply Chain, IT, engineering, manufacturing to identify, source, contract new vendorsConduct RFI, qualify vendors and contractors for procurement requestCreate RFQs, review, analyze and clarify quotations from suppliers and develop sound sourcing and business recommendations balancing cost, quality, lead-time and technical considerationsDrive supplier selection working with business stakeholdersNegotiate framework contractsManage purchase orders and delivery of IT equipmentInteract with all levels of the company with routine administrative support
You have:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (business, finance, economics, IT systems etc.)Experience working across various indirect purchasing categories including marketing, professional services, and facilityThe ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the business from analyst to VPsStrong interpersonal skills with a high degree of resilience to deal with urgent requests, and minimal information. Works well with various teamsA bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (business, finance, economics, IT systems etc.)Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem solving skills. Passion for results, strategy, and hands on execution.
