As the Global Responsible Sourcing Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping Fluence execute its Environmental, Social, and Governance Mission. You will work under the general supervision of the Director of ESG & Facilities and direct supervision of the Global Responsible Sourcing Specialist. You will assist in the development and execution of the Fluence Responsible Sourcing and Reporting Programs. You will contribute to ensuring that the company’s supply chain partners comply with responsible sourcing best practices, relevant regulations as well as industry best practices and standards. You must possess knowledge of responsible supply chain compliance & trends and data collection & analysis; maintain an inquisitive and collaborative attitude and able to present complex programs to key stakeholders.

As the Global Responsible Sourcing Analyst at Fluence, you will:
Enforce the Fluence Responsible Sourcing Playbook and Vendor Code of Conduct that outlines compliance policies, performance benchmark & reporting, and standards for suppliers & vendors. Collect, analyze, organize, and present all responsible sourcing. sustainability data, regulatory queries, and customer inquires. Manage and direct auditing activities as they relate to Responsible Sourcing and our Supply Chain partners. Engage with stakeholders – suppliers, sourcing leadership, and third-party auditors for compliance tracking and data gathering. Drive the execution and implementation of strategic projects: conflict mineral traceability, human rights compliance, SA 8000, and Scope III GHG Reporting.What will you bring to Fluence?
Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, ESG, or Sustainability.3-5 years of experience featuring responsible sourcing or supply chain sustainability programs.Thorough knowledge of international supply chain regulations.Ability to prioritize work and set clear expectations. Be detailed oriented with the ability to work with minimum oversight. Strong familiarity with Conflict Minerals and GHG reporting Experience effectively communicating technical information and standards including complex regulatory requirements to a variety of audiences. Able to garner support through engagement and education. Inquisitive nature with a passion for improving supply chain responsibility and solving complex challenges.
