As the Global Process Lead in Indirect Procurement specializing in SAP HANA/S4, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the indirect procurement processes across our global organization. Your primary objective is to enhance efficiency, drive cost savings, and improve supplier management by leveraging the capabilities of SAP HANA/S4.

 

·        SAP HANA/S4 Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic vision for indirect procurement that harnesses the full potential of SAP HANA/S4 to streamline processes, improve data visibility, and drive procurement excellence.

·        Global Process Standardization: Lead efforts to standardize and harmonize indirect procurement practices and processes across various regions and business units to ensure consistency and alignment with corporate objectives.

·        Supplier Relationship Management: Oversee the management of key supplier relationships, including negotiations, contract management, and performance assessments. Collaborate closely with suppliers to identify opportunities for cost optimization and process enhancements.

·        SAP HANA/S4 Implementation: Drive or contribute to the successful implementation and continuous improvement of SAP HANA/S4 procurement modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

·        Cost Management: Develop and execute initiatives to control indirect procurement costs, closely monitor cost metrIcs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining quality and service standards.

·        Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Ensure that all indirect procurement activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Proactively identify and mitigate procurement-related risks.

·        Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced data analytics within SAP HANA/S4 to make data-driven decisions, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.

·        Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing indirect procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.
