The Global Business Coordinator is a critical role that facilitates planning and reporting  alignment across the company representing Global Stamping  department. This role will require strong organizational skills to maintain consistent outward communications form the department.  Exceptional levels of collaboration will be required among cross functional teams such as; Program Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Global Manufacturing and others.

The Role:

  • Ensure alignment and clear scope of deliverables within the Global Global Stamping teams and our external partners.
  • Create functional reporting for planning.
  • Manage communications and timelines for business case approval between cross functional team both internal and external to the manufacturing organization.
  • Create and maintain a well-organized database for benchmarking factory and equipment project metrics (schedules, costs, headcount, etc.).
  • Prepare and own program change control packs for management approval.
  • Consolidate and maintain all resourcing requirements across the Global Stamping organization
  • Develop, own and maintain Global Stamping Timing & Schedules.
  • Distribute required materials in advance of meetings so that collaborative time can be used for critical discourse with expedited presentations that allow time for vibrant and thorough dialogue.
  • Act as gatekeeper for plan of record from Program Management teams & change control.
  • Keep and maintain detailed meeting minutes as a record of technical decision making.
  • Manage the Global Stamping org chart in alignment to resource planning and live status on hiring.
  • Support and co-ordinate technical supplier visits and ensure detailed visit reports are prepared and shared across the manufacturing teams.
  • Other activity as needed and assigned by Manager.
  • Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in business finance, economics, commerce or related field.
  • 8+ years business administration experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing requests and needs.
  • Highly collaborative; comfortable working with people in a matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to foster and support a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork; able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues across all departments.
  • Able to analyze data to guide strategic planning.
  • Comfortable to give effective presentations to and facilitate meeting with all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
