Verkor is a French industrial company founded in 2020 that specializes in the production of low-carbon lithium-ion battery cells for electric mobility and energy storage applications. The company is headquartered in Grenoble and has developed its first Gigafactory in Bourbourg, near Dunkirk, which was officially inaugurated in December 2025 under the patronage of French President Emmanuel Macron. A propos du poste :

Missions principales :

Contrôler et traiter les éléments variables avant intégration en paie et les bulletins de salaire,

Produire les DSN mensuelles et événementielles de votre périmètre,

Réaliser et envoyer les documents post-paie (STC, attestation Pôle Emploi,…),

Gérer le volet garantie conventionnelle (suivi des arrêts maladie, AT, maternité, paternité…),

Contrôle les maintiens, attestations CPAM et prévoyance, suivi des subrogations et retraitement des indemnités en paie,

Accompagner le déploiement de notre outil de gestion des temps et des absences auprès des managers et des collaborateurs. Vous en assurez le bon fonctionnement et les mises à jour nécessaires en lien avec nos accords d’entreprise.

Mettre à jour les tableaux de bord sociaux,

Apporter des réponses précises aux collaborateurs sur les problématiques en lien avec votre périmètre,

Rédiger les contrats de travail et des avenants et gérer les affiliations mutuelles,

Créer et mettre à jour des dossiers du personnel,

Vérifier les pièces administratives, gérer les visites médicales et entrées et sorties du personnel, effectuer les DPAE.

Répondre aux diverses demandes administratives (attestations, réponses aux courriers)

Prérequis :

Diplôme : BTS ou Licence

10 ans d’expérience minimum, expérience en milieu industriel indispensable 

Bonne connaissance des éléments variables de paie liés notamment au travail en postes 

Niveau B2 minimum en anglais

Connaissances des logiciels suivants : Silae, Kelio
