The Floor Supervisor sets the tone of the floor culture and manages the activities of the following departments: Fermentation, Midstream and Downstream. The primary goal of this position is to monitor the workflow of the entire production floor to achieve manufacturing goals. Safely and effectively train operators on how to operate equipment and/or machinery. The Floor Supervisor must comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and local/federal regulations.
