We’re looking for an energetic, creative and experienced Procurement Manager to lead commercial and supplier engagement efforts for our fleet portfolio of spend.
We have one of the largest and fastest growing fleets in the UK. Our business growth will continue to see a significant increase in demand and we need to be ready to deliver this.

What you'll do
Build, evaluate and own the total cost of ownership of our fleet assets, balancing cost, quality, and operational needs.Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives covering all areas of our fleet operations lifecycle, including vehicle leasing/purchasing, vehicle fit out, telematics, transport and off-boarding. Lead commercial and contract negotiations with new and existing suppliers, proactively managing risks and delivering value for our business. Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners ensuring alignment on culture, engagement and output. Develop and implement demand planning strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of fleet assets. Proactively stay abreast of market trends and changing business demands to optimise execution and manage risks. What you'll need
Significant experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, specifically within fleet management or a related industry.Proven track record in commercial negotiations and contract management, demonstrating an ability to manage risks and deliver value.Proficiency in financial modelling and cost analysis to support strategic decision-making.Demonstrated ability to own complex challenges and see solutions through to completion at speed.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
