The Zoox Finance team is responsible for managing multiple aspects of our business, including formulation of financial statements and reports, maintaining short and long-term financial models, implementation of tools and processes to support decision making, financial analysis of strategic initiatives, and much more.
As a Financial Analyst responsible for Systems and Data your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate, timely, and relevant financial data is prepared for multiple financial processes. This will include Planning and Forecast cycles, Month-end and Quarter-end close processes, managerial reporting, and ad-hoc reporting. Additionally, you will own all aspects of the Zoox Anaplan environment, including system architecture, enhancements, monthly maintenance, and business partner support.
This role will additionally own financial master data integrity across all Zoox systems which interact with Anaplan. This includes managing Cost Center, GLA, and Project Code hierarchies in SAP and Workday and executing any required updates. This work would be done in conjunction with Zoox Accounting, HRIS, and Business Applications teams.
A successful candidate should be willing and able to work through ambiguity, roll up your sleeves to understand process requirements, and effectively collaborate with partners across multiple organizations within Zoox to deliver actionable insights.
Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $121,000 to $152,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.

Vaccine Mandate
Employees working in this position will be required to have received a single dose of the J&J/Janssen COVID-19 vaccine OR have completed the two-dose Pfizer or Moderna vaccine series. In addition, employees will be required to receive a COVID-19 booster vaccine within two months of becoming eligible for the booster vaccine.
