Finance Business Partner Procurement

Your role and your team:

As a key part of our Finance team, you will be playing a vital part in shaping the development of the business and our world class product. This role reports to our Head of Procurement Controlling, working closely with the Finance business partners and key stakeholders from operations. Your focus will be on controlling the direct and general procurement departments, designing, and implementing financial models to support decision making and planning at all levels of the company. This is a highly data driven role, however the successful candidate will also deliver impact by engaging closely with key stakeholders.

Your Day to Day:

• Oversee the procurement function’s operations, from sourcing to receiving, for all financial related matters
• Work in a cross-functional team to improve procurement processes
• Interface with key stakeholders across the business to define needs, gain insight into inputs, relationships and dependencies and deliver results
• Close collaboration with accounting and procurement functions during financial closing and auditing
• Support finance projects such as ERP implementation
• Work on any ad hoc projects or tasks as required

Your Profile: 

• Minimum 2-3 years in similar or related role with a focus on procurement controlling
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret results and see the big picture
• Ability to work in a hands-on matter, independently where required and ruthlessly prioritize tasks and projects
• Strong knowledge in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and INFOR ERP system is advantageous
• Highly analytical, proactive and growth-oriented mindset is needed to be successful
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, where needs and priorities evolve rapidly
• Fluent in English language essential, German or any other language would be beneficial
